DCIRS Community care is a home and community support organisation located in Donald, Victoria, providing essential support to people in need. The organisation was founded in April of 2020 and has rapidly grown into a vital service for the Buloke shire and surrounds, supporting those with NDIS and Aged care home packages.

Since starting, DCIRS has grown to provide over 30 local jobs, and service 100 participants and clients. Both of these numbers continue to grow. We pride ourselves on keeping things local and personal!
DCIRS prides itself on carefully selected values for both employees and participants/clients and the acronym promotes these values as seen below.

GIVE THEM WINGS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Give them wings provides financial assistance to rural students in Victoria who are studying Nursing or Allied Health. The aim of the program is to encourage students to commence their working career in a regional or rural area following their graduation. DCIRS proudly aligns itself with the Royal Flying Doctor Service to promote Give Them Wings. For further information, please see the video below
